How does it work?

So what is a full diesel hybrid vehicle? Well, new engine technology is able to combine the power of a 2.0 litre 163bhp HDI diesel engine to drive the front wheels with a 37bhp electric motor driving the rear. This combination of diesel and electric delivers 200bhp and a fuel consumption and c02emissions saving of approx 30% when compared with a conventional petrol engine.
